The applications for obtaining cold-month allowances that include problematic and conflict situations will be examined by a special municipal commission, IPN reports.
In a communiqué, SA Termocom says the commission will convene monthly and will draw up proceedings for every case apart.
The municipality pays 40% of the heat bill for families on incomes of under 1,700 lei a month per member.
