A new gas pipeline was put into operation in Colonita village that forms part of Chisinau municipality. A number of 110 private houses will be connected to it, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Chisinau City Hall. The construction and assembly works were performed with support from the City hall. Attending the event, Mayor General Dorin Chirtoaca said the connection to the gas pipeline is a necessity and a convenience for the inhabitants as well as a new stage in the development of this sector in Colonita. According to the mayor, the construction of water, gas and sewer pipelines all over the municipality is an objective of the Chisinau administration. The gas pipeline is situated on the periphery of Colonita.
