Codru Lozova inaugurated the stadium in its native village in the match against Zimbru, of the 14th stage of the National Division, IPN reports.
The team trained by Denis Kalinkov could not gladden the about 500 spectators with a positive result even if Codru had a number of occasions for scoring. Zimbru gave the blow towards the end of the game, scoring twice, through Artur Patraș (77th min) and Petru Neagu (89th min).
“The support given by the spectators makes us believe that the Lozova football has a future,” said the second coach of Codru Sergey Kirilov.
“We have long awaited this victory. I hope it will make my team more confident,” said the coach of Zimbru Semion Bulgaru.
