The National Employers Confederation of Moldova (CNPM) will stage a Forum of Businessmen on November 12. In the event there will be presented the results of the study “Major constraints on the business environment of Moldova” and proposed solutions to the existing problems, IPN reports.
The forum will involve senior specialist in employers’ activities at the Budapest regional office of the International Labor Organization Dragan Radic, the representative of the Dutch Employers’ Cooperation Program Jean-Marie Standaert, representatives of the Presidential Office, Parliament and Government and of embassies of the states that invest or are likely to invest in Moldova.
Representatives of employers from different areas of activity will speak about the major problems faced by businesses in Moldova. The study “Major constraints on the business environment of Moldova”, commissioned by the CNPM, was made by the Independent Analytical Center “Expert-Grup”.
The participants in the forum will adopt a common resolution and will then discuss a draft agreement of cooperation between businesspeople and the Government, which is aimed at removing the obstacles that hamper the development of the business environment.
The forum will bring together about 1,000 people.
