The National Social Security Office launched the retirement age calculator electronic service. The service has been developed in order to help future pensioners determine their required retirement age as well as the date of retirement, especially for women, for whom the retirement age increases annually by 6 months.

According to a CNAS press release, the electronic service can be accessed by all users on the institution's official website, by selecting the relevant option and by entering the necessary information in the relevant field.

CNAS reminds citizens that since July 1, 2017, the standard retirement age for men was established at 62 years and 4 months, which increased every year on July 1 by 4 months and reached 63 years on July 1, 2019. For women, as of July 1, 2017, the retirement age was established at 57 years and 6 months, which increases every year on July 1, by 6 months, until it will reach 63 years by 2028.
