The National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) financed the first part of the pensions and social benefits for October in the amount of 72 million lei. The total sum allotted by CNAS for financing social benefits for October exceeds 2 billion lei, IPN reports.
In a press release, the institution says that it in the course of October, it will transfer the amounts earmarked for paying all types of pensions, financial support, allowances for temporary incapacity for work, allowances intended for families with children, maternity benefit, compensations, unemployment benefit, social assistance and death benefit, according to schedule.
The indexation rate as from October 1 is 3.86%. This time the minim old-age pension for pensioners with a full insurance period is 2,000 lei.
