CNAS Call Center resumes work

The Call Center of the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) restarts work on April 27. The persons who have questions about the setting, calculation or payment of social benefits can obtain information between 7:30am and 4:00pm, IPN reports.

In a press release, the CNAS says the allowances intended for families with children and the paternity allowance can be asked electronically through the electronic service “e-Application Allowances for Families with Children” that is available on the House’s website (
www.cnas.md) and on the common governmental portal of public services (https://servicii.gov.md/ecnas).

The CNAS informs those who become entitled to pensions and other social benefits during March 17 and May 15 that the application and the documents needed for obtaining the benefits will be submitted to the local house of social insurance after the state of emergency is lifted. This also refers to the periods for providing social benefits set by the local houses of social insurance.

For medical safety reasons aimed at preventing infection with the novel coronavirus, the central office and the local subdivisions will remain closed to the public.
