The National Health Insurance Company (CNAM) has launched an online petition service enabling submitting petitions from any computer connected to the Internet, IPN reports.
The “Online Petitions” application can be accessed on the institution’s website. It contains a form that must be filled out. In the empty spaces, the petitioners will write the contact data and the petition. They can also annex conclusive documents in support of their demands.
The petitions will be examined within 15 workdays of the registration date, while those that need to be processed additionally – within 30 days. The answers will be sent to the email address indicated in the message.
The CNAM annually receives over 300 applications and petitions by mail and e-mail. The figure has doubled in the first half of this year. Most of the petitions reefer to difficulties encountered when making appointments with the family doctor, the quality of the provided services, and the drugs included in the list of medicines compensated by the state.
