Three minibuses were donated by the local authorities of the municipality of Cluj-Napoca to public institutions of culture, arts, youth and sports of the municipality of Ungheni. Parliament adopted a draft law stipulating that the units of transport will be exempt from import duties, but cannot be sold, IPN reports.

The three minibuses will be used to transport the staff of the aforementioned institutions to cultural and sports events, competitions, concerts, exhibitions or championships held both in the country and abroad.

The draft law on the import of particular units of transport will enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
