The Chisinau City Hall initiated the spring cleanup campaign. Workers of the relevant subdivisions began the cleanup with Stefan cel Mare Blvd., Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the City Hall, employees of the Green Areas Association, the road management company “Exdrupo” and the Electric Transport Company cleaned the bus and minibus stations, the poles, sidewalks and the roadway. Through the district heads’ offices, the City Hall called on the economic entities to clean the areas near the buildings they own or where they work. The cleanup campaign will end in the middle of April, before Easter. In this period, the managers of the municipal services in charge will weekly report on how the cleanup program is fulfilled.
