Classic Chisinau became the winner of the Chisinau Municipality Futsal Cup in memory of Valeriu Colbasiuc, who was fullback at Moldova Chisinau in 1958-1964 and 1968, IPN reports.

In the final held at the Futsal Arena FMF in Ciorescu, Classic demolished CSM Politehnica Iasi 10-3. Andrei Negara and Sergiu Nicolaiciuc were among those who scored for the winner.

In the match for the third place, Rimbcom Causeni defeated Olimpia Balti 5-3. Leonid Podlesnov of Classic was named the best player of the tournament.
