The document establishes a new collaboration mechanism, especially by means of the information and experience exchange on the ongoing processes at national and local level both in what concerns the Moldova-EU Action Plan and the implementation of the European integration policy of Moldova; planning and conducting joint events, such as meetings of experts, working groups, conferences, roundtables etc; training via seminars, courses and scholarships in the field of European integration and encouraging the participation of experts and representatives of both parties in seminars and international and national courses.
According to ADEPT Association director Igor Botan, a similar cooperation will be extended with other central and local public administration authorities, which are usually reacting to the cooperation proposals of the civil society. Also, the cited source specified that the memorandum is a formalisation of the cooperation in the European integration field with the MFAEI, which started in November 2005, by means of consultations and exchange of opinions between experts in the implementation process of the Action Plan Moldova-EU.
