Promo-Lex Association proposes a training course teaching how to work out and implement projects for the civil society from the eastern districts of Moldova, Info-Prim Neo reports. The young people from Transnistria and Dubasari district aged between 18 and 30 that will attend the course will gain knowledge of managing projects and will find our more information and methods of implementing principles of project management. The participants will learn how to plan and control the financial, material and human resources. Emphasis will be laid on the improvement of the management of conflicts and problems existing in a certain region. The course will be given between April 12 and 13, 2008. All the costs related to the participation in the training course (transport, food, accommodation) will be covered by the organizers.
