On the first day of the event, starting at 9am, “Synergetica Eur/Est” will open the Civic Fest 2015 at the National Museum of Arts with a board that will present projects, training seminars and networking sessions. The key themes of the day will be: social entrepreneurship, women’s participation and leadership, food and environment security, and social activism involving young people.
The second day of the event, September 25, will be devoted to the interaction between the SCOs and people and the promotion of European projects. Between 12 noon and 3pm, SCOs working in different areas of activity will present their activities and services in an interactive way within an Open-Air Fair in the central park of Chisinau, staged by the FHI 360/Moldova Partnerships for Sustainable Civil Society Project with support from USAID.
At the fair, representatives of SCOs will be invited to take part in a session to explain the eligibility criteria for the Moldovan SCOs to gratis get a license for Microsoft Office 365 – software adjusted to the needs of the civil society sector. The visitors of the fair will be able to take part in the weaving of a Moldovan carpet and to taste or buy Moldova fruit and vegetables that are exported to the EU.
The activities on the third day will include participative practices and civic initiatives aimed at protecting the environment, conserving the natural and historical heritage and promoting the ecological culture within communities. These will take place at the Orheiul Vechi cultural reserve in Butuceni, in the open air, between 11am and 6pm.
A Fair of SCOs will inform the participants about the projects that were successful at the local and national levels and about the experience of social entrepreneurs. The end-up concert will be an occasion for the participants to establish contacts between them.
