The Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Election calls upon the electoral opponents to refrain from propaganda, misinformation, lies and political phobias and to have a civilized and responsible behavior towards the voters, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Coalition. The Coalition also calls on the Central Election Commission (CEC) and the Government of Moldova to take active and efficient measures to ensure the voting rights of all the people, including the citizens living in Transnistria and abroad. It urges the CEC to monitor the compilation of the electoral rolls and make sure that they are accurate. The Coalition will supervise how the principles of free and fair elections are observed during the campaign for the November 28 early legislative elections and will publish the monitoring results after the elections.
