Svetlana Chifa, the head of the Chisinau Division for Child Rights Protection, said that from today the graduates can take the allowance of 3,000 lei offered by the Chisinau administration from Banca de Economii. She said that these persons need this money, especially now before the graduation festivities, as all of them want to look nice on such a special day. Svetlana Chifa wished the graduates good luck, telling them it is very important to correctly choose a way in life. Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family Vadim Pistrinciuc offered the students by a guide titled “The Graduate” to help them choose a profession. He said that his parents were brought up in an orphanage, but this fact did not hinder them from asserting themselves. Officials of the vocational school “The Island of Hope” told the graduates that the school runs hairdresser, secretary, bookkeeper, operator and cook courses and they can attend them free of charge, if they want. There are 885 children under guardianship in the municipality of Chisinau. 459 of them benefit from monthly state allowances.
