The Moldovan citizens will be able to make appointments for apostilling documents online through an automated system as from December 23. The persons without Internet access will further submit documents to the desk without scheduling appointments, IPN reports, quoting the Ministry of Justice.
Online appointment scheduling is possible through programare-apostila.justice.gov.md. The applicant will indicate the number of documents submitted for apostilling, the name and surname of the person who submitted the documents, the identity number and the email address.
After the information is received, the applicant will be issued with a confirmation message that will contain the appointment date, hour and a common code. The person will go with the identity card to the Apostille and Legalization Division situated at 82, 31 August 1989 St in Chisinau at the date and hour indicated in the confirmation message.
The applicant will be unable to submit a higher number of documents than the one indicated in the application form. In order to exclude abuses on the part of intermediaries, at most 50 documents could be submitted a day.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the email messages by which appointments have been scheduled so far will be included in the application.
