The citizens will be able to report the irregularities identified in the repair and building of roads in Chisinau. The independent think tank “Expert-Grup” created forms for recording the violations that will be included by experts in monitoring reports and will be then presented to the authorities so that these take the necessary measures, IPN reports.

In a press release, “Expert-Grup” says there were created six forms for the access road to Humulesti village, the boulevards Stefan cel Mare and Negruzzi and the streets Ion Dumeniuc, Vasile Alecsandri and Alecu Russo. Two forms were designed for signaling problems in the construction of parking lots and in the repair of roads in the municipality of Chisinau.

The people must fill out the appropriate form and attach pictures, video and other materials to it. The problems and irregularities can be reported by August 31, 2016.

“Expert-Grup” said that among the irregularities that can be reported are incorrect asphalting, incorrect placement of poles, paving slabs and other street elements, poor quality of works, lack of protection measures during the works, non-observance of the working regime, thefts of building materials, etc.
