The heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Friday will consider joint measures that will be taken to overcome the world financial and economic crisis and strengthen border security as well as the procedural rules of the Council of Prime Ministers, Council of Foreign Ministers and the Economic Council of the CIS, Info-Prim Neo reports. The CIS presidents will also discuss the work of the CIS Antiterrorist Center, the results of the meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council taking place in Chisinau today and the possibility of declaring 2010 the Year of Second World War Veterans.
