The health center in Cimislia will receive, by the end of the year, new radiology equipment that costs over 2 million lei. The center’s director Ludmila Capcelea told IPN that the doctors are currently using equipment from 1986 and applied for a grant for new equipment at the Ministry of Health.
“Doctors from Cimislia visit the villages across the district twice a week and need this portable equipment to provide the villagers with the same services as the town residents”, said Capcelea.
About 60,000 people rely on the services of the Cimislia health center.
