The traditional Christmas Tree in Chisinau's National Assembly Square will be disassembled on Monday morning. “Even if it's taller than last year, it won't be more difficult to take it down”, Green Spaces chief Eliferie Haruta told Info-Prim Neo. Five Green Spaces workers will start removing the globes and decorations from the tree on Sunday, after which Lumteh workers will take care of the LED lights. The City Hall paid 11,000 for this year's Christmas Tree, which was brought from the village of Bozieni. After being taken down, it will furnish lumber to repair park benches in the city.
