A passenger of a Chisinau trolleybus was rushed to hospital in severe condition after getting injured in a traffic accident involving the trolleybus. The woman was taken to the Emergency Hospital with cranial cerebral injury, trauma of the backbone and in cerebral coma. A man aged about 55-60 was found dead in the vicinity of a house located on Albisoara Street with open brain injury. The ambulance doctors presume the man fell from height. A 60-year-old man spent the night in a pit about 2-3 meters deep on a building site from Tabacariei Street, where he fell accidentally. Being 4-degree obese, he could not get out of the hole and was taken out only in the morning. He suffered general hypothermia and stress that aggravated his chronic diseases. A man aged 55 was found dead in the field near Truseni village after 9 PM. In the morning, he went to work the land. A 25-year-old man from Bubuieci village was admitted to the Emergency Hospital with a wound in the cervical region and hemorrhagic shock. The young man was maltreated by his father-in-law. An investigation is under way. During the last day and night, the Chisinau Emergency Service responded to 743 appeals, dealing with 58 cases of acute viral infections, 43 cases of trauma, 3 brain strokes, and 52 cases of mumps. A mumps outbreak was reported at the Vocational School in Bubuieci this morning.
