Chisinau Trolleybus Company's accounts sequestrated again
The Chisinau City Hall informed the Prosecutor's Office that a company wants to appropriate public money. The announcement was made by Mayor General Dorin Chirtoaca at the ordinary meeting on Monday after the head of the Chisinau Trolleybus Company Gheorghe Morgoci said a new firm claims debts from the Company, Info-Prim Neo reports.
After the Supreme Court of Justice on July 1 decided that the Chisinau Trolleybus Company does not have to pay debts of 15 million lei to the Ukrainian company Electro-Plus, a new company, this time from Russia, claims debts.
“The firm Basu or Baisi says it is a creditor of the Trolleybus Company. The Buiucani enforcement office sequestrated 5 million lei from the Company's accounts at a time when we did not pay the salaries and the electricity bills,” Gheorghe Morgoci said.
“The Supreme Court of Justice annulled all the contracts for the transfer of debts by Moldtranselectro to several limited liability companies and now a new company appears, seeking a new trial,” Dorin Chirtoaca said.
The City Hall submitted an application to the Prosecutor's Office, asking that it investigate the cases of public money securing through court.
