The Chisinau Electric Transport Company set up a confidential hotline that the people traveling by trolleybus can use to make complaints, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the Chisinau City Hall, the 24-hour hotline is (022) 20-42-05. The passengers can use it to find out information about route changes, schedules, traffic-related problems or can make complaints about the quality of the provided services. During workdays, between 08.00 and 20.00, the persons who will want to submit a complaint will talks with an operator, while in the rest of the time the messages will be recorded on the answering machine. If the persons leave their contact data, they will be contacted afterward.
