Chisinau to host Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum in 2013
Chisinau will host the next annual Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, to be held in October 13, as decided today at this year's Forum, taking place in Stockholm, the Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration announced in a press release.
In opening the fourth Forum today, Moldovan Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Natalia Gherman summarized the latest developments in the Moldova-EU dialogue, speaking in particular about the role of civil society in furthering Moldova's European agenda.
The Moldovan official also spoke about the solid cooperation and partnership framework of the Moldovan Government with civil society members. In this regard, she mentioned the positive experience of the Participatory Council created to advise the Government.
The results of the next Forum, which will take place in Moldova, will be presented at the Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius in 2013.
