Chisinau will turn into the capital of volunteering during October 7-13. The Chisinau City Hall invites the young people to a series of activities entitled “I choose to be a volunteer” as part of the Volunteer Week, IPN reports.

The event aims to promote the active involvement of young people in the community, giving them the opportunity to participate in various activities and share volunteer experiences.

The program of the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center includes the marathon of volunteers, a flashmob meeting, the launch of registrations for the Municipal Festival of Volunteers, an event for the exchange of good practices (“Voluntalk”), the launch of a vlog about the life of a volunteer, a free tour by the tourist trolleybus for holders of a volunteer card, a cleanup event within Eco Day and a party for young people.
