Chisinau residents risk being delayed connection to heating system

The Termocom board is worried that so far none of the administrators of the housing fund in Chisinau has presented a technical passport of the building. The utility provider warns that if technical passports aren’t received in time, the people will receive heating with a certain delay, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Termocom general director Mihail Cernei, the preparations for the heating season are 86% complete. The signing of technical passports has started only recently. “Unfortunately, even the blocks that are ready don’t have their technical passports signed, which will cause a delay in connecting to the heating network. Usually, those responsible for signing the passports leave it for the last moment, but things won’t continue like this way. Each block will be inspected so that we’ll see if we can’t provide heat for it or not”, declared the Termocom director. Only the blocks without debts from last season would be heated, announced Mihail Cernei. At the moment, 88.2% of the debts have been paid.
