The Public Relations Division of the Chisinau City Hall during February 15 – March 15 will collect projects that can be financed with money from the Civil Budget fund. There will be supported important projects for the capital city, with the involvement and at the request of representatives of civil society, IPN reports.

To apply for financing for small projects with a value of 50,000 to 100,000 lei, the initiative group must enjoy the support of at least 100 people. The support of at least 200 persons is needed for obtaining financing for a bigger project, to the value of up to 300,000 lei.

The projects will be chosen by a commission of the local public administration and by the people’s vote during May 1-21. Further information is available on the local administration’s website, in the section “Chisinau Civil Budget”.
