On Thursday, October 17, the Municipal Council of Chisinau will resume examination and approval of issues included in the agenda of the last Thursday session, which weren’t finalized. Thus, councilors are to discus problems that relate to the administration of the municipal property, letting out on hire of some estates; operating several modifications to a decision of MCC concerning the approval and enforcement of local taxes. Also, it includes the issue of changing the name of the “Teatrala Street” into “Constantin Constantinov Street”; re-actualization of the Register of monuments of national and municipal importance; installing of memorial plaque dedicated to the memory of Gheorghe Esanu and Ihil Sraibman. In what concerns land issues, discussions will be held on the right to superficies for the foreign Company “Kilogrin” LTD (multifunctional complex “Central Stadium”) and the approval of auctioning a plot from Mircea cel Batran Blvd. of circa 19 ha. Also, another issue will be the transfer of Maximovca village from Anenii Noi raion to the territory of Chisinau municipality.
