The Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) put to the vote again a recently made decision regarding the allocation of resources for completing the construction of a residential block designed for internally displaced people and a decision to pay part of the debt to “Termocom” JSC, at Thursday’s meeting. The Council had to vote on these decisions again because the CMC secretary Vladimir Sarban did not countersign the ones of August 30 for the reason that they had been taken without being examined by the relevant commissions. The Communists opposed the introduction of these issues in the agenda, saying that the judgements of the commissions were not made public before the meeting of September 6 either. The decision was yet taken by the vote of most of the councilmen and the respective judgements were presented in the end. CMC voted again to allocate 7.2 mln lei for finalizing the construction of the block of flats located on Ginta Latina street, which is designed for the Transnistrian refugees. Also, the Council agreed to pay the debt of 50 mln lei to “Termocom” JSC, money that was paid to the heat supplier by a recent ordinance of the Mayor General of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca.
