The Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) convenes on Thursday, 3 August, in its last meeting before the vacation. According to the City Hall, 29 issues are included in the sitting’s agenda. The councilors are to approve the Program regarding the municipality social-economic development 2007-2010; set the tariff for examining apartments and determining their real cost; for adjusting selling-buying contracts to the tariff for issuing participation (non-participation) certificates in privatization process of apartments. The agenda also contains two decision drafts: about Chisinau Days in Targoviste; on providing unique allowances to citizens whose spouses, parents or children were executed or died during political repressions. The Municipal Council will discuss as well the decision draft on providing the education institutions of municipality with linoleum and furniture, as well as a draft regarding the approval of the tariff for renting and cleaning the apartment blocks. The councilors are to discuss the regulations and the staff charts of the Architecture and Urbanism, Agriculture and Food, Social-Ecological departments. Issues regarding the management of the municipal property, land issues and others are included in the agenda as well.
