Chisinau Mayor Dorin Chirtoaca celebrated on Saturday, August 9, his 30th birthday at work. Chirtoaca told Info-Prim Neo that in the morning he went to his office, where he was given a “little surprise party”, being congratulated by his fellow Liberal Party members and City Hall staff. In the afternoon, the mayor officiated at the launch of a playground at La Izvor Park, and then he returned to his office. The mayor said he had no party plans for that evening. “30 years is an age when you have to work even more”, said Dorin Chirtoaca. The mayor wished himself on this occasion to accomplish all his professional, political and personal aspirations. Asked whether he had any plans to get married this year when he turned 30, he said: You never know. I really would, but there are still several stages to go through”.
