Mayor General of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca requested the director of SA Termocom Mihai Cernei to devise a heat saving plan that will also help reduce the losses of heat. He also asked for a quarterly report on the heat supplier’s work, Info-Prim Neo reports. Dorin Chirtoaca said the heat saving plan will enable SA Termocom to prove to the creditors that it is a stable partner. At the same time, the heat supplier will be able to make reserves so as to prevent the heat charge from rising. “A number of tasks were set when you were named to the post, including making preparations for winter, supplying heat on time, formulating a heat saving plan. They should be carried out,” Dorin Chirtoaca said, addressing Mihai Cernei. He added that the revision of the method of calculating the charge is also among the priorities. The December heat bills for 71% of the apartments in Chisinau totaled up to 1,500 lei, for 5% -between 1,500 and 2,000 lei, while for 9% - more than 2,000 lei.
