Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca today has taken breakfast together with students who are resting at the summer camp “Zambet” in Vadul lui Voda town. He talked to the children and inquired about the conditions at the camp, Info-Prim Neo reports. One of the girls complained to the mayor that the educator uses rude words, while another one told him that she has one life and tries to enjoy herself. The camp’s senior educator Irina Babuhina explained that the educators do not have experience and do not always know how to behave towards the children who are very different. ”We will inform the Education Division about the irregularities identified at the camp. It is not as clean as it should be. I will pay similar unexpected visited to other camps as well,” Dorin Chirtoaca said. The manager of the camp “Zambet” said they received the necessary money only today and will try to remove the identified irregularities as soon as possible. Afterward, Dorin Chirtoaca went to the camp “Camping”. He visited the pool, bathrooms, canteen and medical unit. “The children eat five times a day and are given fruit. A ticket to the camp costs 108 lei a day,” said the camp’s manager Mihai Garbuz. As many as 800 children are now resting at the camps “Zambet” and “Camping” in Vadul lui Voda.
