Migration and Asylum office employees joined by police have taken into custody the receptionist of the „Art Rustic” hotel from Chisinau. The woman is searched under suspicion of organizing a prostitution net in the hotel, Info-Prim Neo reports as learning from the Interior Ministry’s pres service. The police have caught red-handed two Moldovan women aged 25 and 39 while having intercourse with an Israeli citizen. The women were to secure by 1000 lei per hour, as they were to tender 30% to the hotel receptionist. It was also established the hotel worked not licensed. It used to sell alcoholic beverages and cigarettes, not having relevant licenses, neither a registry, nor a cash-register. The probe is carried out on the base of art. 220 of Moldova’s Penal Code envisaging prostitution procuring. If found guilty, the receptionist may be fined from 4,000 to 16,000 lei or jailed from 2 to 5 years.
