Members of the neurology community of the Republic of Moldova and specialists from abroad will come together for the sixth Congress of Neurologists and Neurosurgeons of Moldova on October 2-5. The event, dedicated to the year of Nicolae Testemitanu, includes scientific activities, workshops and professional discussions on the most complex subjects of the field. The organizers are confident that the congress will facilitate the global distribution of therapeutic strategies so as to increase the quality of life of neurological patents in Moldova and abroad, IPN reports.
In a press release, the Society of Neurologists and Neurosurgeons of Moldova says that the Day of the European Academy of Neurology in Moldova will be held in the same period, for the first time. The Society is the local host of these events of international importance. During three days, the National Theater “Mihail Eminescu” and Radisson Blu Hotel will host scientific activities, workshops and professional discussions on the most complex neurological issues. Over 15 globally renowned speakers will present scientific works, case studies and the most recent therapeutic discoveries.
On October 2, the Congress will be held in the conference hall of the Emergency Medicine Institute. The same day, pre-Congress courses will be staged in hospitals so that those interested could find out about the new treatment tendencies.
On October 3, the event will be hosted by the National Theater “Mihail Eminescu”, while on October 4 by Radisson Blu Hotel. The Day of the European Academy of Neurology in Moldova will take place at Radisson Blu Hotel on October 5.
According to the organizers, the key mission of the Congress is to create an environment for the free exchange of knowledge and opinions and a bridge between scientific research and the clinical part of the specialty.
