The Second Open Championship of Managerial Art has started on Saturday in Chisinau. According to the organizers, this year's edition is special thanks to the presence of the father of the idea, Vladimir Tarasov of Estonia, the director of the Tallinn School of Management, Info-Prim Neo reports. The goal of the event is to explore managerial talents. Svetlana Borta, a member of the jury, says that each year the competition gets tighter and tighter, as more aspirants join the qualifying rounds. 32 competitors are challenged to find solutions to certain conflict situations, inspired from real cases that occurred at different companies in our country. For the first time, the competition is attended by players from outside of Moldova – Russian citizens. The experience of previous editions demonstrates that the winners have increased chances to get employed or find a better job. The Championship is organized by the Moldovan Federation of Managerial Art, with the support of the Ministry of Economy and Trade. Initiated 20 years ago in Estonia, the game has become popular with the youth in many European countries.
