The Chisinau heat supplier is carrying out hydraulic and pressure testing works on the heat pipes. SA Termocom warns the population that pipe accidents and leakages of hot water are possible in this connection, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué from SA Termocom, in the period the company’s subdivisions work according to a special program. The heat utility calls on the residents of Chisinau to avoid the areas where works are performed and to keep the children under supervision.

The hydraulic testing works are aimed at preparing the piping system for the next heating season and at minimizing the risk of inconvenience in the cold period. In parallel, works are executed to remove the faults and repair the heat pipes and equipment.
