The housing stock in the capital city is 70% ready for the heating season. When the season opens, all the residents will be supplied with heat, the director of SA Termocom Mihai Cernei said in Monday's meeting of the Chisinau City Hall, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. In this connection, Mihai Cernei said the level of payments for the heat supplied by Termocom is now 86%. 85.5% of the municipal apartment buildings, 90.5% of the cooperative buildings, 83.9% of the privatized dwelling owners associations and 86.3% of the department houses have fully paid for the supplied heat. So far, Termocom supplied heat to the value of 917.888 million lei, but collected only 818. 875 million lei for its services. Mihai Cernei said they will continue to hold discussions with the consumers who do not pay for the heat.
