The Chisinau City Hall and the managers of Termocom heat supplier have agreed on a schedule of paying the debts. Termocom issues a release reading that interim mayor Vlad Cotet and Termocom's administrator Dionisie Antocel have signed an agreement in this respect, Info-Prim Neo reports. Termocom will ask the bailiffs to unfreeze the accounts of the City Hall divisions. The city hall commits to pay the supplier 60 million lei in February, and other 65 million in March. 10 million lei have already been paid up. Termocom says it agreed because “the work of the City Hall is affected by the sequestered accounts, and Termocom, cannot ensure the heat deliveries, if it lacks the money.” The banks accounts of 41de municipal enterprises were frozen gradually starting October, 2008, because of the debt to Termocom.
