Chisinau City Hall supports “Come on, Moldova” campaign

The Chisinau City Hall will become involved in the “Come on, Moldova” cleanup campaign on May 12 for the second time this year. The municipal authorities hope the people, the public authorities, civil society and the mass media will mobilize and help clean up the public areas during one day, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the City Hall, the cleanup activities in Ciocana district will take place in the perimeter of the streets Miron Costin - Nicolae Dimo and Igor Vieru – Mihai Sadoveanu and near the Byk River, from Ismail St towards the Botanical Garden. In Centru district, the cleanup campaign will cover the forest-park “Calea Basarabiei”, the park between the streets Drumul Viilor and Academiei, the park “Valea Morilor”, the forest-park “Schinoasa”, and the park “Valea Trandafirilor”. In Rascani district, the people will clean up in the forest-park “Rascani”, near the Labor Institute located on Zimbrului St, in the forest-park “Calea Orheiului” near Florilor St, and in the forest-park “Lunca Gastei”, in the perimeter of the streets Socoleni and Podgorenilor. In Botanica district, cleanup activities will be performed in the forest-park “Muncesti”, in the perimeter of Dacia Blvd. and Aeroport St, and in the park “Valea Trandafirilor”. The works in Buiucani district will cover the park “La Izvor”, the forest-park “Butoias” situated on N. Costin St, and the forest-park “Pruncul”, in the perimeter of the streets Balcani and Pietrariei.
