The Chisinau City Hall kicks off the winter holidays. The inaugural moment is slated for 5:00 PM in the Great National Assembly Square, where a concert will be held with an impressive lineup.

Residents and guests of the capital are invited to a musical show with their favorite artists, inlcuding the Vocile Primaverii Choir, the Violin Ensemble Diversitment, the pianists Iurie Mahovici and Anatol Lapicus, Ethno Republic feat. Marcel Ştefăneţ, Nelly Ciobanu, Cornelia Ştefăneţ, Natalia Gordienko, Geta Burlacu, Dara, the band Brio Sonores, Aurel Chirtoacă, Adrian Ursu, Ion and Ruxanda Raţă, Cristina and Sofia Scarlat, Viorica Lupu and the Folk Ensemble Opincuţa. The headliner is the Romanian pop rock star Ștefan Bănică.

At the 2024 Christmas Fair, visitors will be able to purchase local Christmas-themed goods, decorations and special items to give to their loved ones.

On December 23-24 and December 29-30, the local producers’ fair will take place, with local agri-food and beekeeping products, in the Metropolitan Cathedral Square on the alley adjacent to Pushkin Street.

Artisans will participate in the Handicrafts Fair held on December 23-25. The event will be organized in the Cathedral Square near the Holy Gates.
