The Chisinau administration prohibited the thermal insulation of the facades of apartment buildings in the capital city, Info-Prim Neo reports. In an order made by deputy mayor Nistor Grozavu, the apartment building managers are warned that the construction works on facades that affect the buildings’ exterior are baned. If unauthorized works are identified, the managers of the housing stock are asked to inform the State Construction Inspectorate so that the culprits are held accountable, the City Hall says in a communiqué,
