A new outcry auction to sell lots situated in the municipality of Chisinau will be held on July 27, the City Hall has said. The lots that are 0.0049 ha to 6 ha in area are exhibited at the initial price of 400,000 lei to 100 million lei, IPN reports.
The tender contest starts at 10am. It will be held in the meeting hall of the Centru district head’s office.
According to the Chisinau City Hall, 11 lots that can be used for different purposes are put up for sale.
The auction is open to Moldovan private individuals and legal entities and to foreign investors.
