An intense fire engulfed a bakery located on Valea Bacului St in Chisinau in the evening of April 13. Four firefighting vehicles travelled to the scene to contain the blaze, IPN reports.
According to the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, the firemen were called at about 9pm after employees of the bakery saw dense smoke in the production section. The fire destroyed the furnace and roof of the section.
No one was hurt in the fire. No other parts of the kitchen were affected. The circumstances and cause of fire are to be found out.
The Civil Protection and Emergencies Service said the firemen yesterday and last night dealt with 42 emergencies, six of which fires.
