Chisinau administration seeks additional examination of buildings on Colina Pushkin
The Chisinau City Hall will demand carrying out a technical examination of the museum house “Alexandr Pushkin” so as to determine if the works to construct apartment buildings on Colina Puskin St near this monument can affect its safety, Info-Prim Neo reports.
In a field working meeting, deputy mayor Nistor Grozavu said that in order not to affect the museum house, the contractor erected a protection wall that separates the given buildings. The wall is 12 meters in depth.
A group of apartment buildings with four to 12 stories is to be constructed in the area. The Chisinau City Hall authorized the execution of the preparatory construction works. After the examination is performed, the City Hall will decide whether to issue a construction authorization for the whole complex.
