The budget of Chisinau municipality was augmented by over 21 million lei as a result of an outcry land auction held on Match 23, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the City Hall. Fourteen plots of land have been put up for auction. Ten of them were sold, while four leased out. The plots will be used according to the purpose described in the General Urban Plan of Chisinau. The March 23 outcry land auction was the first of the kind this year. The land auctions were resumed last year after a pause of several years. In its next meeting, the Chisinau Council will consider a new list of plots that are to be auctioned.
