China is fully implementing the Green Olympics concept and is making continuous effort to dedicate efficient, safe and wonderful Olympics Games to the world despite the pandemic, said China’s Ambassador to Moldova Yan Wenbin, who today had a discussion with the president of the National Olympic and Sports Committee Nicolae Juravschi, IPN reports.

“We expect the athletes of our countries will achieve goods results at these Olympics Games,” stated the Chinese diplomat.

For his part, Nicolae Juravschi said that being a country with a rich experience in hosting international sports events, China will definitely organize an excellent edition of the Winter Olympics and will write a newer chapter in the history of the organization of the Olympic Games.

The 24th Olympic Games will take place in Beijing during February 4 – 20, 2022. Beijing also hosted the Summer Olympics in 2008.
