Children and teens can take part in online parliamentary camp

From June 10 until June 20 inclusive, children and teens aged between 10 and 18 can register to take part in an online camp organized by Moldova’s Parliament. The camp will be staged between June 28 and July 2 and will include sessions for three age brackets: 10-12, 13-15 and 16-18. The program will center on the country’s 30 years of independence, the Constitution’s provisions explained to children, topical subjects related to the COVID-19 pandemic and interactive communication activities, IPN reports.

According to the Parliament’s press service, among the special invitees of the camp will be MPs, the ombudswoman for children’s rights, the management of the legislature’s secretariat and specialists from different field who will share their experience.

The participants in the camp will make a virtual tour of the Parliament Building, will compete as part of the ideas lab and will answer quiz questions. The most active ones will enjoy surprises.

The registration is possible on the Parliament’s official website. The interested children and young people are urged to follow the postings on the website.
