As from January, the Buiucani branch of the Chisinau City Court will focus on penal and contravention matters, the Ciocana branch – on the work of the examining magistrate, while the Râșcani branch – on contravention and administrative matters, IPN reports.

In a press release, the Chisinau City Court says the changes were made in accordance with a decision taken by the Plenum of the Superior Council of Magistracy.

As of January 2022, all the contravention matters will be submitted to the Buiucani branch located at 200 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd in Chisinau.
